DIY Window Treatment

Here's a quick and easy way to DIY!

1) Purchase or make your own valence with the help of a talented aunt

2) Purchase curtain rod at local Target store

3) Have wonderful hubby drill, hang, straighten, and affix rod & valence to wall... make sure to cheer him on! (BONUS: make him lunch afterwards!!)
